Meet John and Pete

We are just a couple of rug pad guys showing up for our people – designers and trade professionals who are weary of products and processes that haven’t seen innovation in decades. We’re poised for reinvention, even revolution, and we want you to roll with us.

John, founder and CEO, knows rugs and rug pads.  But don’t let his 30 years in this industry fool you — “how we’ve always done it” isn’t in his playbook.  Rather, he’s a people-first ideator who understands big goals require small steps. 

Pete is John’s friend, former customer, and now indispensable COO. His broad retail experience and process-driven leadership style are evidenced in the speed and efficiency with which he executes decisions in real time, often before the meeting ends.
